Get Psyched Up for PHOENIX COMICON

I don't know about you guys, but I'm getting excited! May 24 - 27 brings the Pheonix Comicon. It's one of the best comicons in the USA! I've covered quite a few and been to even more, but Phoenix Comicon is by far the most comfortable, easiest to navigate, funnest, and gosh darn it - the venue smells like fresh buttered popcorn! #winning

This year's line up is simply stellar! For those deep into Star Trek, Phoenix on Memorial Day Weekend is where you want to be! William Shatner AND Patrick Stewart will be in attendance! SQUEEEEEEEE Arguably, the two best captains not only of the Federation, but of the entire multiverse / underverse! They are joined by LeVar Burton, Michael Dorn, Marina Sirtis, and Brent Spiner! Come get yer geek on!

And for all you Boba Fett fans - and there are many! Jeremy Bulloch is in attendance. If you want to get your ***swoon**** on, come to the Phoenix Comicon for Gigi Edgely (Farscape), John Bernthal (Walking Dead) and Casper Van Dien (Starship Troopers).

Comics is still the focus of COMICON, so May 24-27 at the Phoenix Convention Center and Hyatt Regency is going to be a great Memorial Day Weekend.

My all time fave's from '68 will have a phenominal footprint. I hope you've been reading '68! It's the best zombie comic ever! Jay Fotos, Mark Kidwell, and Nat Jones will be on hand SQUEEEEEEE

The list is ever growing, but here are some choice highlights:
  • Raven Gregory - Grimm Fairy Tales
  • Stuar Immonen - Ultimate X Men
  • Greg Land - X Men, Fantastic 4
  • Mike McKone - Fantastic 4
  • Tony Parker - Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep
  • Brian Pulido - Lady Death
Fans will have the chance to meet and get autographs from all the guests. It's such a treat because quite a lot of them are great people and really take the time to talk to you. It's a great atmosphere for the whole family! Full event passes are only $40 - that's a bargain. You get 3 full days of fun and excitement. Children under 12 are free with a paid adult pass.

Check out www.PhoenixComicon for more news and information!

Stay uber geek my friends!
