Calling All Fans of the BROWNING!!!!!



Dudes! Dudettes!! If you are free on August 6, the Browning need you!!! From noon to five on Saturday, the Browning are filming a video and they want fans in it!! The band are filming part of the video at Dad's Venue in Lewisville, Texas. This is for the track "Bloodlust" off of the upcoming album BURN THIS WORLD. For a chance to be in the video, break out your best nightclub rave outfits, get down to Dad's on 788 South Mill Street #200 on August 6. As a special way of saying thanks, fans who turn up for the video shoot will also be treated to an exclusive listening party where they can hear the entire new album, BURN THIS WORLD. BURN THIS WORLD is due to be released on October 3rd in Europe and October 4th in North America.

"We are super stoked to be working with Chris Collins on the music video for Bloodlust! Bloodlust is an extremely heavy, hard-hitting, techno metal song! Chris does an awesome job going over the top with effects and will make this video exactly what we are looking for!

"August 6th we will be shooting a scene for the music video at Dad's Venue in Lewisville, Texas. We need some extras, so if you have some extra time, come down! We will also be previewing the entire album that night to everyone that comes! Hope to see you there! Stoked for this video!"

Ishi: The Last Yahi

   Ishi (c1861 – March 25, 1916) was the last known member of the Native American Yahi people from the present-day state of California in the United States. The rest of the Yahi (as well as many members of their parent tribe, the Yana) were killed in the California genocide in the 19th century. Ishi, who was widely acclaimed as the "last wild Indian" in the United States, lived most of his life isolated from modern North American culture. In 1911, aged 50, he emerged at a barn and corral, 2 mi (3.2 km) from downtown Oroville, California. Ishi, which means "man" in the Yana language, is an adopted name. The anthropologist Alfred Kroeber gave him this name because, in the Yahi culture, tradition demanded that he not speak his own name until formally introduced by another Yahi.
